When lockdown hit in March 2020, we found that our Tiny Box Company small business and maker customers were really struggling without craft fairs and other means of sale. We wanted to help makers to continue their livelihoods and fantastic creations without the big spend of a new website or marketing in really tough times, and so, Tiny Marketplace was born.
What makes Tiny Marketplace different from other e-commerce sites is that we can support makers and creators with everything; design, branding, packaging, marketing, photography and dispatch - leaving them to focus on what they do best, create! For makers that don’t have the marketing knowhow, advertising budget or time - we have the in-house skills to get them noticed, give them valuable advice and get their products sold.
We didn’t want to stop there. We donate 10% of net profits from Tiny Marketplace to help startups grow and small businesses bounce back from the Covid pandemic. We want to help ignite the creative industry again and support UK hand-made items after the pandemic.
